So Rosana gained in on me again with the amount of money she’s got in her money meter right now, but percentage-wise I’m still in the lead! Anyway, we’ll see how this is going to develop during the coming weeks.

This time I’d like to talk about keyboards. Not the instrument which is used in a cheap band at cheesy weddings, but the one you need to write something on a computer. You see, with any normal PC I'd be perfectly happy with the keyboard it comes with.

Well, as you might have noticed: my progress meter is now even higher, and I'm in the lead now! Booya!
It's at €550 now, and it'll probably raise by about 300 euros every month. So this shouldn't take very long now. I like the fact that the iMac in the back at the progress meter is now coloured in, and the one in the front isn't. It's rather funny. Of course, the more money I have in the meter, to more the picture will be coloured in. My goal is to have that picture complete around autumn this year. And with the current rate of money I'm making, that shouldn't be much of a problem,

According to my account, I've been hanging around here for over three years now. Moaning about wanting to get a Mac, not really getting anywhere at all moneywise.

Well after all those years I finally have some good news: Progress!! I've got a job, and I'm finally able to save some real money now. Lo! What awesomeness is my donation counter showing yonder on this page? No longer is it stuck at 14 measly Euros, but it's actually on 250 now, and rising quickly! ...And there was much rejoicing.

Hi there! You still here? Me neither. Well I am now, but that’s not the point.

Anyway, we’ve had some developments during the last few months, mostly consisting of El Jobso doing several keynotes announcing new and exciting things like the iPhone 4, the iPad, the new Apple TV and last but not least OS X Lion.

For a long time, I wasn’t really interested in Macs. Especially during the nineties. When I was about 10 years old, I already knew Macs were some weird kind of PC, which can’t run Windows and it didn’t even have Pentium II! Everybody knew your PC had to have Pentium II! Never mind that I hadn’t got the slightest idea what a Pentium II exactly was, you knew it was somehow better than a normal Pentium, so you needed to have it, like now. Nobody was even aware of Macs as a real alternative to Windows PCs back then.
